Randy Couture and Xtreme Couture Partner With Edmonton Rush Pro Lacrosse Team

Randy Couture and Xtreme Couture have entered into a partnership with pro lacrosse team the Edmonton Rush.

Under the new partnership, Couture will make an appearance at a future 2010 Rush lacrosse game and two fans will win a three-day training camp at the Xtreme Couture training facility in Las Vegas.

In addition, the Rush team will sport Xtreme Couture logos on their game shorts, and Couture will wear a Rush patch on his fight shorts.

“I am unbelievably thrilled to be joining forces with the greatest mixed martial arts fighter of all time,” stated Edmonton Rush owner Bruce Urban. “I see a tremendous tie-in between the fans of the Rush and the fans of MMA and there is no better fighter in the world to be associated with than Randy Couture.”

Couture is set to face Mark Coleman at UFC 109 on February 6th, taking place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

The Edmonton Rush are a professional lacrosse team in the National Lacrosse League owned by Bruce Urban.  They began playing in the 2006 season.
