The UFC handed out their traditional “Fight of the Night,” Submission of the Night,” and “Knockout of the Night” awards for UFC 105 to the tune of $40,000 each.
The U.K.’s-own Michael Bisping took home “Fight of the Night” honors, along with opponent Denis Kang, for their hard fought battle that ultimately ended in a second round TKO victory for Bisping.
Fellow Brit Terry Etim was awarded “Submission of the Night” for his guillotine choke victory over Shannon Gugerty. Etim was the only fighter on the card to finish his opponent by submission.
The event’s “Knockout of the Night” bonus was given to Denis Siver. Siver fought on the night’s preliminary card, scoring a technical knockout victory over Paul Kelly in the second round. It was the third consecutive win for Siver in the UFC.
