Background: Junk was a Division II All-American football player at Southwest Oklahoma State. He previously competed in the UFC in 2007 at UFC 76, losing to Christian Wellisch by heel hook. He also faced off against former UFC Heavyweight Champ Ricco Rodriguez in his debut (losing by choke).
Expectations: Just the fact that Junk has been in the Octagon before plays to his advantage. His success on the gridiron shouldn’t be overlooked as well.
